So I tested Rimmel London nudes eyes vs Charlotte Tilbury’s holiday eyes Xmas ’17 (well I will be if I can get my hands on it….).
Palettes are my go-to format for eyes, cheeks and anything powdery. Why? Gives you options, lets you experiment and you rarely get bored.
