Can’t say you need it, nor will you wear it everyday, but whilst Festival Season is still just about in swing then I say rock on, glitter up and work it.

Rating ; Flush of youth vs brazen blush you’ve got it all here at the stroke of a brush. My hump day Top product (erm never really understood that term huh?!?) Or actually 10-for-1 product of the day is this colour-tastic handy palette of super-fine blush colours.

Inside scoop; Sexy, sultry, sober, blushing, bronzing, beautiful . That pretty much covers about just 50% of the looks you can get from this ONE palette.

But this one vs. erm the ‘000’s of palettes out there – why? Ok honest confession cost, portability and range of cheek staining looks and bang on trend colours is why. I’m not overly for the ‘nude look’ l’m a little more of a statement girl when it comes to blusher so for me this is rainbow heaven. Feeling blue slap on some vamp pink, feeling Minxy go all oh-so-coy with the swipe of peach. Need a little “promise I’m so not actually hung over today boss” , slick on a hint of bronze.

FLASH Flash 100% yard dash; Saturday night fixer

Rating ; DANCE FLOOR READY IN A FLASH; spree ££’s spoiler alert, not a cheapy, but a once-foundy-can’t-live-withouty! Plus last-y-all-nighty, what’s not to love.

Inside scoop; Ok sure the name is possibly a bit of an over promise, but anything with a name like that is worth a shot I reckon. In fact that’s exactly what it is; a quick-fix-in-a-flash-shot of firmness. You’ll be party-ready in a flash, but for a bit of cash.

Most of us have tried the mother of all beauty flash balms by Clarins, still a hot fav in my cabinet, so let’s call this one by Ren it’s slightly younger, slightly cooler sister. Gel formula, one small drop off the syringe (yup bit odd that) & trust me your make-up sets faster than the office gluttons descending on the free birthday cake. Me above (+ yesterday’s strobing powder) ready for a night out.

It’s feather like formula somehow – don’t please ask me how – sets your make up & foundation with a non-drying, but not greasy feel which somehow also gives a lift…can’t explain better than that, but I feel refreshed & a teeny-bit-younger. p.s title of this blog will mean something if you’ve seen Zootropolis ; else yup bit weird!

Inside scoop; again another TK Maxx beauty-steal (I love a good forage there) for me here but I’d also buy this one full price. Many of these available everywhere from loose powders to set. But – strobing – who knew?? 10 years off at a stroke, last night’s night out erased, selfie-ready in an instant.

4 teeny tits pots for £50 I hear you say ; fair point ; BUT I reckon they’ll last a year plus, pocket-size glow (ignore the brush looks like a garden rake!) mix with your own blusher & you’ve day-to-night glow on the go.
