Rating ; I take it all back I’m just not ready for BERRY yet in fact I’ll confess I’m “seasonally confused”. I’m not quite ready to switch to full knitwear, I’m still in some t-shirts but I have put my heating on twice now (shh don’t tell). So what to wear ; on your lips.

Inside scoop ; If you’re suffering from Seasonal Lip Anxiety SLA : ok yes you got me I DID just make that up…can I recommend middle of the road. In colour terms. Don’t go full on Berry Bold : do park the pink & bin the beige : settle for ‘neutral’…DON’T skimp on the texture…

Berry-beautiful Part 2 ; 50 shades of blush…

Berry Berry nice ; I’m head over Autumn leaves in love with BERRY blush

Rating ; Berry Berry nice ; So following on from my berry nice lipstick post yesterday from the feedback I’m sensing we’re liking the juicy-theme which is great! So if you’re going all-in for plum like me I’d recommend teaming your berry lips WITH a berry blush ; but going a little lighter on the rest.

Inside scoop ; No need to give the apple to the teacher, wear this seasons blushing berry deep red hues on the apples of your cheeks as well, for the perfect ‘just-in-from-the-cold cheek’ blush. As I move into my Autumn / Winter wardrobe (actually did I ever STOP wearing boots – nope!) I reckon berry blush looks amazing with black, teal or any of the latest must wear Fall shades.

Inside scoop ; You can’t say Plum Crumble (mmm) without turning a magazine to find the latest greatest Berry shade in fact I’ve spent a happy hour tonight just scrolling through the 100’s of reviews / swatches and deeply richly seriously indulgent plum, berry, red, nearly red, almost plum shades around this season.
